Blue Paisley dress

This is a beautiful blue and light brown Paisley dress. It has flared bell sleeves with a cute little tie at the top of the sleeve. The neckline of the dress can be worn on the shoulders or you can bring it down off of the shoulders. I wore this dress only a couple of times and have decided to cycle it out of my wardrobe. It is a very light flowy material that does have some stretch to it. It looks adorable with a belt around the waist. Pit to Pit is 17in with a little stretch.
