VINTAGE Black Velvet Box Cut Body Con Zip Up Back Mini Dress

This vintage black velvet beauty has been a member of my closest since the late 90's. Black velvet outer layer with see through roses that make them appear blue due to inner liner. Has a 6 inch split at the bottom right side with a 12 inch hidden zipper in back. Size 3 but fits more like a size 0. I owned this as a teenager so it could fit a petite teenager!
