fccandles@noor908 hello my friend.. ok I’m only raising this flag because this is the 2nd time I’ve heard this.. high end purchase.. no negotiation. Goes through posh... but then they complain it ‘has a scratch’ or some bs.... they return ( it just goes back to seller) and it’s filled wit rolls of tape ... now when YOU report POSH closes YOUR account t!!!!!!!!!

fccandles@noor908 says you got the bag and you’re lying ... I’m telling you these scammers are getting crazy..... I say if it went to concierge to begin with 1) it shouldn’t be able to be returned OR 2) if it is ... then it MUST go back through posh . Ladies just be aware ! @glamourgurl7 Tess .. read the thread before this one. We need to send posh a message that they cannot do this to us !

fccandles@glamourgurl7 I know you made that listing the other day ... I just saw a video online of a girl who had her account closed when someone stole her Chanel and posh closed HER acct for reporting!!! Unbelievable!!! This is unacceptable!

fccandles@tracy031770 this is UNBELIEVABLE! that they closed your ( and her accounts) is unacceptable. If an item goes through posh to authenticate then I’d for some reason it needs to be returned... it should go BACK to posh. 😡

noor908
noor908@fccandles omg! How horrible!! If this happens with the LV, I’ll be livid. Story time below: So I did have a Chanel Filigree Card Holder sell, go through POSH authentication, get approved, and then The buyer’s return was approved because there was a “black scratch on it.” ...??? Well, you would think, it there were marks/damages to the piece, why would POSH even send it out? Right. Wrong. It didn’t matter, they return they piece claiming they may have “missed it during inspection.”
May 08Reply
noor908
noor908@fccandles The best part, when the item was return, it was in PERFECT condition. The buyer faked the return photos because she changed her mind and didn’t want to pay the price. I ended up trading it to a Posher I can now call a friend, but POSH did me dirty. Bottom line. This is so wrong of them and can’t happen!

fccandles@cdgreen I don’t know HOW in the world a bag can go through posh and a case is then opened under that guise. It’s unbelievable tome that they even allow that. Now as far as your return.. has posh sided w/ her? And under what circumstances is she saying? You also need to write to posh and DEMAND we be able to insure our boxes ( especially returns) if they are going to allow this 😡

fccandles
fccandles@cdgreen I looked at the bag... AND photos. For cripes sake. There are plenty of photos. And if posh put it through..then all was good. They once canceled my Hermes bag because I mis measured by an INCH! This is clearly a case of buyers remorse. Shame on her...
Jun 22Reply
fccandles
fccandles@cdgreen what did she say when she said NOT AS DESCRIBED
Jun 23Reply
fccandles
fccandles@cdgreen posh checks description as well as authenticity ... they look at your listing and pics to be sure it IS as described
Jun 23Reply
fccandles
fccandles@cdgreen yes... go to your orders it will say case in review. Open. Then you can read details. It should have a pl e for you to respond. Also pics she would have had to post
Jun 23Reply
fccandles
fccandles@cdgreen it’s highly unlikely that they will side with her then. Especially since you’re an established seller. I’ve seen weirder however. Lmk how it turns out ..

lola_bellaHi! In the photos The hardware looks gold but in one photo towards the bottom where you were trying to get a close-up of the front the hardware looks silver. Is that correct?
Sep 02Reply
fccandles
fccandles@lola_bella hello.. it is indeed gold. I had to highlight so that you could see the indent. Wanted to be sure and capture. The locking mechanism has ‘tarnished’ somewhat. Hence the low price. It’s still a beautiful piece 😊
