Aug 03Reply

krissygersWhat is the length/width on the 8? Thanks!

Sep 04Reply

krissygers@nisolohq - Really interested in purchasing, but hoping you can provide length and width of size 8 before I buy. Thanks!

Sep 08Reply

nisolohq@krissygers 9.5" in the length and around 3.5" wide

Sep 08Reply

kvillaloboHi! Are the shoes brand new? Just trying to figure out why the price is as low as it is. TIA!

Sep 12Reply

nisolohq@kvillalobo They are brand new. It’s just an old sizing that is being phased out. Be sure to check the sizing guide to find the perfect fit.

Sep 12Reply

mlepriceI purchased the size 9, but they are too tight. Would it be possible to exchange them for the 9.5?

Sep 14Reply

mlepriceI would love to purchase the 9.5 for the price I purchased the 9. Could you get back with me about possibly exchanging? Thanks! ❤️

Sep 16Reply

nisolohq@mleprice Hey! I'm not sure how Poshmark does exchanges. I could give you a better deal on the 9.5 and you could re-sell the 9. I'll respond to that now.

Sep 16Reply

nisolohqGo ahead and counter for $60 and I'll accept. It won't let me offer that to you for some reason.

Sep 16Reply

mleprice@nisolohq awesome. Thank you!

Sep 16Reply

erikadmarx@nisolohq can you please provide length/width measurement for size 9? I’m typically an 8.5 but I wear a 9 in the Mariella Mule and will wear with wool socks likely

Sep 18Reply

nisolohq@mleprice So sorry -- I didn't realize it was you. Please re-submit offer

Sep 18Reply

nisolohq@erikadmarx The size 9 is 10.75" L x 3.25" W

Sep 18Reply

maddiallenHey @nisolohq I ordered the brown suede but also want the black. I’m hoping to save on shipping instead of having to pay twice. Can you help? No worries if not.

Sep 21Reply

nisolohq@maddiallen Go ahead and add to a bundle!

Sep 21Reply

maddiallen@nisolohq I already ordered the other pair is the problem 😅

Sep 21Reply

nisolohq@maddiallen it's fine! Just put this one in a bundle -- I can still make a shipping offer :)

Sep 21Reply

constanceg14please show the tan color you are selling.

Sep 26Reply

mollyoconWould you recommend sizing a full or half size up?

Sep 26Reply

mstewartsloanDo you have a size 9 available? Thanks!

Sep 26Reply

nisolohq@mstewartsloan Yes!

Sep 27Reply

nikki_nevadaIs the heel actual stacked leather or is it plastic with a leather wrapping to appear stacked?

Sep 29Reply

kendallleonI received these boots in size 8. I have Nisolo oxfords in size 8 and these feel a whole size smaller! Can I get the the size 9 from you?

Oct 03Reply

amberpoolI have the miles in a 7.5. Do you recommend an 8 in the boots? I’m looking to buy the black and the suede.

Oct 08Reply

nisolohq@amberpool the mules? Just wanted to make sure since you wrote "miles". Do you typically wear a 7 or 7.5?

Oct 09Reply

amberpool@nisolohq ha ha! Yes! Mules. I typically wear a 7.5. Looking at their website I think I should get the boots in an 8.

Oct 09Reply

nisolohq@amberpool Yes! I'd order an 8

Oct 09Reply

shesmakingalistHi @nisolohq ! I have a long, narrow foot. I bought the huaraches in 9 and they're quite wide and roomy but good with an insole. I see everyone recommending 1/2 size up but worry the Chelsea in 9.5 will be too big for me. I do like thick socks though. What do you suggest?

Oct 14Reply

megbiddixWould you trade for a pair of nwt leather Nisolo sneakers?

Oct 17Reply

marielfloodHi @nisolohq Do you have both the tan and black available in a 6.5?

Oct 22Reply

jodierubensteinDo these run smaller than buying the same style directly from the Nisolo website? I saw you are "phasing out" these sizes. Thanks!

Nov 04Reply

sarahjoycox@jodierubenstein They do fit a bit smaller than the ones currently offered on the website. I'd recommend sizing up a half size.

Nov 04Reply

jodierubenstein@sarahjoycox Thanks! I wear a 10 normally, so I'm nervous that a 10 will be too small. Should I stick to the website?

Nov 04Reply

sarahjoycox@jodierubenstein I would -- to ensure it fits just right.

Nov 04Reply

lindsey_392Hi! What’s the heel to toe measurement on the 6?

Nov 05Reply

codeblue14Hello! I don't have Nisolo boots, but am very much looking forward to purchasing! I wear an 8.5 in my other boots (again, not Nisolo) and a 9 in sneakers. Would you recommend a 9 here? Do you also have the Chelsea boot in brown? I just started a bundle. :) Thank you!

Nov 15Reply

nisolohq@codeblue14 I would recommend a 9 -- unfortunately we don't have the brown available, we do have Nutmeg available in 9 though.

Nov 15Reply

khasiaaCould you add pictures of the actual shoe?

Nov 18Reply

sarahjoycox@khasiaa all of the shoes are NWT never been worn. I'm unable to take a photo of the actual boot you will receive but I can assure you it's in new condition.

Nov 18Reply

codeblue14@nisolohq Hello! I just received the shoes and their gorgeous! I do think they me a little bit big, when I walk, my foot slides and slips a bit. They don't slip off or anything, my foot just has a little bit of room to move. I was wondering if I could exchange both pairs for 8.5s. Or do you think they'll adjust? Thanks so much!

Nov 18Reply

codeblue14Hi @nisolohq, just wanted to follow up on my previous question! I know leather tends to expand, so I wanted to see if I could make an exchange. Thanks so much!

Nov 19Reply

sarahjoycoxHi there! Unfortunately, there's not a way to exchange through Poshmark, I would recommend a leather insert (you can find them on Amazon) for a more snug fit. That way you're still able to wear thick socks in the winter (and take out the inserts) so they're not too tight.

Nov 19Reply

nisolohq@jennks85 No, however, you can treat them with Tarrago weather protector that can be found on Nisolo.com

Nov 28Reply

nootbeep@nisolohq if i bought the same model ~3 years ago, would the sizing be the same?

Dec 07Reply

nisolohq@tthoppin yes!

Dec 07Reply

hannahkritchie@nisolohq it won’t let me accept your counteroffer. can you reorder please? thank you!

Dec 15Reply

nisolohq@hannahkritchie Go ahead and add it to a bundle and I'll send a new offer that way. It won't allow me to as-is.

Dec 15Reply

hullabaloogoatHi there I purchased a pair of these boots on December 13th...when can I expect my order to be shipped out? Thanks!

Dec 18Reply

nisolohq@ariannechee It was shipped out 4 days ago. I just got a notification yesterday that tracking never updated. I'm looking into it now!

Dec 18Reply

hullabaloogoat@nisolohq thanks so much, appreciate the quick reply

Dec 18Reply

nisolohq@ariannechee There's tracking delay with USPS on orders due to holiday volume. If you don't receive a tracking update by EOD tomorrow, please let me know!

Dec 18Reply

thriftedvirgohello!! I am a size 6.5 in all the shoes I buy but I see the recommendation to size up.. could you provide the heel to toe measurement on a size 7? thank you!

Dec 18Reply

thriftedvirgo@nisolohq

Dec 22Reply

sjl09cDo you have any suggestion on how tell what length boot your foot will fit? My foot with socks is 10.25” long. Will the size 10 at 11.25” be too much longer? What is the toe to heel length of a 9.5? Thanks!

Dec 30Reply

demersmr1Do you have photos of an actual pair of the boots, not jus stock photos? I’m very interested in a pair!

Jan 08Reply

nisolohq@demersmr1 All of the shoes are brand new -- they're being shipped from a warehouse so I don't have photos of the actual shoes you receive but can assure you they are in brand new condition.

Jan 08Reply

sjl09c@nisolohq any suggestions on this? Thanks!

Jan 15Reply

sjl09c@nisolohq any suggestions on this sizing question??

Jan 15Reply

csaraDo you have another 6.5? 🤗

Jan 18Reply

nisolohq@csara Unfortunately, no. If you typically wear a size 6.5 I'd recommend going to a 7 though.

Jan 18Reply

csara@nisolohq I figured as much but I usually wear a 6. Thank you!

Jan 18Reply

nisolohq@sjl09c Unfortunately, I don't have the measurements for the size 10 on-hand. I'll try to get someone to measure and pass along that information when I can. (they're shipped from our warehouse).

Jan 19Reply

saralsbethDo you have these available with the black sole?

Jan 27Reply

nisolohq@saralsbeth Unfortunately, no. Sorry!

Jan 27Reply

estefaniavelezHey! I'm absolutely interested in these boots. I usually wear a size 5.5 and I recently bought different Nisolo shoes in a size 6 and they fit well. Do you think a size 6 in these boots would fit me alright?

Feb 05Reply

marissssssaaa@kdmagss i like these

Aug 06Reply

nisolohq@estefaniavelez Yes! I think the 6 should fit unless you have wider feet.

Aug 06Reply

missckangWish you had size 7.5 available! Do you know if it will be anytime soon? Thank you!

Oct 04Reply

lesliejsmith05Will you get more sizes? I’m 8.5

Oct 24Reply

mymannequinHi there! Will you accept my offer that’s pending?

Oct 27Reply

vargasannalou49Can $40

Oct 27Reply

mymannequinHi there! I received this item and accepted it quickly because the boots looked fine at first glance. I wore them for a few hours today and noticed a tear in the elastic on the side. Is it possible you can replace them?

Nov 02Reply

nisolohq@mymannequin We are so sorry that the order was not what you were expecting! We never intentionally sell damaged shoes, even through this channel. You can process a return through Poshmark and we are happy to work with you to get another pair!

Nov 02Reply

mymannequin@nisolohq Thank you! I have contacted Poshmark

Nov 02Reply

ashleymarienuwhen will you have 8.5 back in stock?

Dec 04Reply

ibethflathersDo you have measurements of widest part and narrowest part of foot (where the toes would be)? I am a true size 6 with narrow feet but the website still says 6.5. I wanna make sure before purchase, thanks!

Feb 09Reply

nisolohqHi @ibethflathers! Unfortunately we do not have those measurements. I will say that we recommend for this boot that you go a half size up, so if you are typically a 6, then a 6.5 is likely your size. This has been consistent for people with and without a narrow foot. Hope this helps!

Feb 09Reply

nisolohq@ibethflathers The one measurement we do have available is for the length, which is 246 MM!

Feb 09Reply

hannahbaldwin07Are these still available?

Nov 03Reply

nisolohq@hannahbaldwin07 Hi Hannah! We have these in a size 6 but that is all.

Nov 03Reply

maythetshinHi, will size 6.5 come back?

Nov 04Reply

nisolohqNo unfortunately those are sold out on this platform. Check out our website Nisolo.com for the newer version!

Nov 04Reply

amcsu@nisolohq Hi! Are you able to provide the width of the size 6? I was able to find the length by reading previous comments. Thanks!

Feb 09Reply

amcsu@nisolohq Hi, I was wondering if you saw my offer. Thanks!
