American Eagle Skirt

Black and white paisley design skirt. Superrrrrr light! Careful in windy areas (lol). Never worn, has been folded in a drawer for a while which is why it’s a little wrinkly. Super cute for anyone for any age. Has elastic band at the top so you can bring up to your waist and it’ll hug (photo2). Also it’s super wide at the bottom so it flows when you walk (photo2).
