yes they have stretch, the legs were cut a bit smaller then normal in my opinion. I couldn't get the 9's over my bigger thighs but the 11's fit me perfect. I think my legs a bit beefier then most girls lol so it really depends on your body type I guess. The waist in these had the most stretch allowance as compared to the leg area. I just checked Eunina's website for exact fabric content of this pair and it dont say

@jinac in my opinion the waist is stretchy it’s the legs that run tighter in this pair. They are low rise also. I can measure any part of them that you need on any size if that helps 😊
