Izod Stretch Skirt

Fun summer skirt! Blue and white striped cotton/spandex pleated skirt. No lining underneath. Zips on the side. Zipper is fine but wanted to note the fabric at bottom or zipper (see pic). Good used condition. Size says 4 but looks bigger. Check the measurements. Measurements are laying flat: Waist: 14” Hips: 22” Length: 20.5” (P1)
