@acederna Hi, no this doesn't come with a strap nor is it a wristlet--- It's a clutch..it fits under your arm or to be hand held..it's very chic! 👛
You probably could purchase a gold chain to add to it but it doesn't have any hook attachments to connect the chain (see my photos)..you would have to just wrap it under the flap and close, then carry it that way. Hope that helps..let me know if you need any other assistance with anything else. 😊
