Size medium from top to bottom is 22 1/2 inches (almost 23 Inches) and then from underneath the arm when I measure right to left it is 15 1/2 inches. Size Large from top to bottom is 23 inches and then from underneath the arm when I measure right to left it is 17 1/2 inches.
