After I did my 200 hr. training at at a local Yoga studio which was a 'Registered Yoga School', I had to submit documentation to Yoga Alliance that I taught 1,000 hours and was in "good standing". Then I was approved as an E-RYT 200 (the 'E' stands for 'Experienced') which qualifies you to lead a YTT program. For more info search on "E-RYT 200" at Yoga Alliance. Then I also took Yoga Anatomy training with international teacher/author Leslie Kaminoff. Hope that helps! :-)
