Just to confirm that this is not a US size 4 but a Ted size 4. The measurements seem more like a US size 4.

@caldreamer I’m 5 months postpartum and am trying to get us all ready for a wedding overseas that’s in mid august but we leave in 2 weeks to spend time with family. I’ve already ordered a couple of dresses and I’ve got to be cautious with my spending… I’m trying to decide if I can swing it.
