White PVC zip front skirt from American Apparel in size S. This item is NWT and has only been worn to try on. The outside is a shiny PVC material and it's lined with a very soft suede-like material so it doesn't stick to your legs inside. The only part that isn't lined is the waistband. There is a small mark on the inside so it's not visible when it is worn.

@something__neww also it's pretty straight on the sides so it tapers out from 12.5" at the waist to 22.5" width at the hem. I measured where the hips would hit on me which was about 9" or so down from the waistband but it may vary based on how high it sits on your waist, how curvy you are, etc. :) hope that helps
