This is a beautiful cream-colored, flowing dress by Vanitas of California, sold by Anthropologie. Midi length, size M. V-neck with adjustable straps. Pre-owned but in excellent condition; a very small stain amongst the folds of the front (see second to last picture). Wonderful and flowing and cool for the hot summer!

@abbey_wagner23 hi! No, it’s not see-through, there is an inner skirt that makes sure it’s not. Same also for the top, the fabric is doubled.
