Flattering empire waist. Elastic gathered back with side Invisible zipper. 32 1/2 inches from shoulder white middle section is 4 inches wide from the bottom of the white band to the bottom is 23 inches. 95% polyester 5% spandex, machine washable. Excellent condition, this was worn once to a graduation 🎓
