Classic WORTH pencil skirt in the most amazing fabric! Size 4. Measured flat across waist is 15" (30"), Hip is 19.25" (38.5"). Sits gently just below the waist line. Looks & feels like soft, animal printed mohair but it's a lightweight cotton poly blend. The pattern creates a go-with-everything neutral grey. Fully lined. Side zip. Falls right at the knee. madameguitreau@poshsv If I measure flat straight across - waist is 15", Hip is 19.25". So I'm guessing that means waist is 30" and hip is 38.5". It is not meant to be worn high-waisted. It gently sits just below the waistline. I'm 5'8", 140-ish lbs if that helps! Beautifully made. Fully lined.
