Sheri Martin New York open jacket

Pretty jacket with black embellishments on collar and at lower part of sleeves. 4 black buttons each side on front. Has a soft velveteen feel to fabric. Pair with black tank and slacks or over a black dress for a chic look. Tag says 2 pc so may have been part of a 2pc outfit. Only have the jacket. No closure with buttons.
