This dress might just make you the star of the night! Has two layers of ruffles that drape off the right shoulder & an adjustable spaghetti strap on the left. The bottom part is made of a stretchy material that fits tight to give you a sexy silhouette thanks to 80% rayon and 20% spandex. No size tag but this should fit sizes S/M (I'm about a size 8 and it still fits). Measures about 17 in across the bust & 34 in in length. The stretchy bottom part is 13 in across & stretches to up to 21 in.
