poorlilpaxgirl @jroseremegi123 no it’s not. I’m a therapist and work with juveniles and I kept one for myself for work so I know exactly what you mean lol. The tags do not say what type of material it is but the skirt feels like silk.

poorlilpaxgirl @misslady02 yes, the back of the waistband is elastic and the waistband is wider which I love! Easy to wear higher on the waist if that’s what you prefer without it digging into your midsection. Very comfortable, I kept one for myself 😉

poorlilpaxgirl @cdbush88 the skirt is flowy but you would want to make sure it fits comfortably around your waist. I’m a 26 in jeans and I kept a size small for myself so I would have room. But there’s not that much difference between the waistband measurements and it does have elastic and stretch. If you prefer to wear it higher on your waist you can always measure yourself and see if it will match up with the extra small.
