@anitwl the waistband on the 8 measures at 28in hips 30. They fit me and I am a size 25 waist. The waistband on the 10 measures at 30in and the hips 34in.

@mariaforget they measure 30in in the waist, they are rigid denim, and fit on the small side, so they should work for you! I advise everyone to size up a bit, so if you are 28, they should be just right!
