The building is an old 100 yr old bank - the founder was only mid20’s - when they opened it was lined daily of PRE-SELL tickets - $35 per ticket x 1500 ppl per day - like $1.5 million per month plus private events $$$ it’s NOT MUSEUM it’s Instagram! Plus the Color Factory another insta experience! Brilliant
