The distressing hits above the knee/top of the thigh area
93% Cotton/5% Polyester/2% Elastane
The color is Blue 001, which is a VERY dark blue, nearly black. This color is no longer sold on the Good American site.
I kept a pair for myself because they are SO COMFORTABLE and flattering! ♥️
