@johnelle001 good morning! It is approximately 17.5” unstretched. I was able to stretch to at least 21”. I hope this helps.

@johnelle001 In all honesty I’m not 100% sure. I did look up a size chart for Merona and it states DD. And I think that’s what size I was when I purchased it. So judging by that, it would probably be to large for a C cup.
