Jones New York Skirt

This is a very flattering dark blue skirt. It's made of 100% cotton. I have a small waist and large hips and would get compliments when I wore this skirt. I have only worn it a handful of times and just prefer pants to skirts. I like the hemstitch detail at the bottom of the skirt. It can be dressed up or down.
