dsasada @permigal the underarm measurement is 40” and the waist is about 32” but is elastic!

permigal @dsasada ok so is it a 40" circumference? or a 20" span across from underarm to underarm? and the same with the waist? I'm normally a size 6-10 in dresses as I have a broad upper back. The waist would be too big but could I cinch it? meaning is the fabric such that a waist belt or belt would work or would there be too much fabric? in your estimation :-). Hopefully that makes sense
