Beautiful vintage A line, V neck dress by American Fashion designer Kevan Hall -known for dressing celebrities for the red carpet. 80s 90s classic style. Long sleeve, cinched waist, puffy skirt, and pretty lace detail on skirt hem. Made in 🇺🇸 imported fabric. Please note flaw on last photo. Looks like someone left the iron on a little too long. Not noticeable when worn. Didn’t see it until I was taking closeups. Measurements flat: 14.5” waist, 17.5” pit to pit, 41” from top to bottom. #prom
