Very professional pencil style dress perfect for work, interviews or school presentations. Eyelet Kelly green fabric on top (fully lined) and plain black below. Zipper back, no slit. Flattering wide boat neck style has cute tie detail in the back. Two small loops for a skinny belt (not included). Skirt is stretchy for a perfect fit. Laying flat, 16 inches across the waist and 28.5 inches from arm pit to bottom hem. Juniors size 13. Great condition!
