White metal open work pendant necklace

This necklace is made of metal and painted (? Finished somehow?) white. It's airy and pretty. ☀️☀️☀️ The pendant measures 2.25" top to bottom and 1.25" wide. Chain is 24" long. Pendant may be put on a different chain or cord.
