Yellow Ruffle C/MEO Collective Dress

This dress is lovely. I wore it to a Disney play, and a little girl said I looked like Princess Belle! Authentic C/MEO Collective Very comfortable and very high quality, thick material. (Rayon and nylon allows for stretch.) Sleeves can be worn up or off the shoulder. The color is beautiful and looks great in photographs.
