prttysmrtlady @jaelynn789 ~ Hi Lovey, Sorry for the delay; power has been going off & on all weekend... I wear a medium, am a 36C & it fits me perfectly.. It has adjustable straps, if it was me, I would go up a size, but that’s because I would probably wear a sexy bra underneath it.. Guess it depends on how you want to wear it.. Sorry I’m not of more help Sweets...
