Libby Dress

Pre-loved ❤️ Bought in a local Tampa boutique. Scoop neck. Low back. Size small. 31" long. Bust 28". The waist is 26". Hips are 26". There's a tiny mark on the right side. Shown in picture #9. Picture #11 shows 3 small holes on the front bottom. This dress is a mini but it can be worn with skinny jeans or leggings!
