CeCe | Black and Cream Dress

I am reposhing this beautiful dress because unfortunately it doesn't fit me. I wish it would have worked for me. It is a very cute dress. However, I have to give someone else the opportunity to enjoy it. The original seller said it was worn only once and I believe it because it is in excellent condition. It is a size 10.
