NWT Vici wrap style shirt dress

Brand new, never worn. Super cute and looks just like it does on the model. Just didn’t spark joy when I tried it on. Smoke free pet free home.. I think it’s missing the tie if I remember correctly, hence the low price. Could easily be belted or worn without, however.
