A 1.5ct perfect moissanite, highest graded D/VVS1, takes center stage in this semi-solitaire ring. The center stone has moissanites set on either side in a split pave setting to add intrigue and sparkle. Each Jewel Eternal creation comes with a gemologist report and is inscribed with a serial number to protect the quality of this heirloom moissanite jewelry.

If I do solid gold instead of gold over silver it will up the price approx $200. I generally use silver as the base to keep the cost down but itโs up to you & how you prefer :)

@elizabethyo202 rhodium is one of the 5 platinums and is what is used fir โwhite goldโ (no such thing as white gold naturally. Itโs just gold mixed with another metal such as copper till itโs stronger and pale yellow then has rhodium plated over it for the shiny white color). Itโs an upgrade & more expensive than standard platinum & is an upgrade from gold.

@elizabethyo202 bcz platinum is softer than gold it doesnโt chip off each time knocked/scratched. Rather the metal is pushed over when knocked/scratched. With gold you eventually get a thinner worn down band (why many menโs wedding rings thin/break after years of wear). Rhodium doesnโt lose the metal so it lasts longer and is seen as more โscratch resistantโ.

@elizabethyo202 so โwhite goldโ is rhodium over a mixture of gold & copper/nickel & mine are rhodium over silver. From a jewelers stand point I prefer this to โwhite goldโ.
For the yellow color tho, gold is how to get it.

@elizabethyo202 Gold is just more rare than silver. Rhodium is higher priced than all of them, even the standard platinum that is common in jewelry.
Now a days, itโs mostly perception from marketing over the decades.

@elizabethyo202 Moissanite (imo) is also just as equal to diamond from a jewelers perspective too (durable to wear 24/7 & pretty). It also throws off more color rainbow prisms (aka โFireโ) so many think itโs even prettier but marketing since the 1950s has made ppl think diamond is the top & only choice and all else is 2nd. Iโm trying to make a jeweler quality pieces with thoughtful choices that hold the same beauty but retains quality while lowering the prices of my rings/jewelry.
