Francesca's Floral Skirt

Floral zipper skirt with pockets on both sides. Zipper is fully functioning and goes down the front of the skirt, two pockets on each side of the zipper. Pockets are hard to see in the pictures due to the design of the skirt but they're both there. Skirt never worn, simply doesn't fit. Skirt is sized as an XL but would fit more like a large. Waist measures 16 inches from side to side and waist is not stretchy. Skirt also has belt loops. 90% polyester, 10% nylon
