I typically wore this Charlotte Russe Halter with a black stretchy denim mini. It's very comfortable. The neck ties are 2" wide and of course adjustable. Depending on the outing, I may wear with no bra or a black strapless bra...just depends on how much support you need. I'm a 36C. There is an elastic band around the ribcage. It's also in the larger end of a small... see measurements in photos.
