gisloc You stress that this is retail Coach, but this years pride collection is the signature brown canvas with rainbow. The outlets collections is this one. So I'm a bit lost of why you are stressing that it is retail and not the outlet (which both are Coach) when these are still available for less. Then other pieces of this collection you have stated you just got it in, which means you got it from the Outlet. So which is it?

aurora33180 @gisloc Hello Justin, I'd be happy to help you understand....the easiest way to tell the difference between Coach retail and Coach outlet is to look at the style#...the outlet items begin with an "F" (Factory). Due to store closings resulting from Covid-19, sales were low and the retail bags overflowed to the Coach Reserve category (Retails bags on the Outlet site) to make it in time for Pride month.

aurora33180 @gisloc No problem...with Coach the distinction Retail vs Outlet is which that style is made for, not where it ended up being sold. The wonderful thing is that most Outlets also have a small Retail section in the event their production is greater than sales....a bonus for those that like to get a little extra discount on retail items :) My Mom worked for a Coach distributor & I miss her discounts so that is the next best thing LOL

gisloc @aurora33180 I would miss that discount too. Coach is one of my favorite brands and one I think still has quality (whatever that means in todays world) unlike other designer brands that want the same price for a much cheaper made bag.

I was so disappointed bc it was a great price for the bag.
