I started making jewelry bcz in my search to replace my stolen engagement/wedding ring. I wasn’t sure the style, size etc I wanted so I bought several to test. Once I discovered Moissanite gems I knew I wanted that instead of a Diamond for many reasons & I bought several Moissy rings figuring I would sell the ones I decided against on here. I ended up w/ several that I couldn’t bring myself to list as I didn’t want to pass on the disappointment & took classes to make my own.

missstephlee@floridafashion1 Same here. My ring was stolen while I had it off during pregnancy and in my search for a replacement and jewelry making classes I discovered Moissanites and I’ll probably never buy a real diamond again 🤩

missstephlee@meisch1234 Thank you. Yes, mine is the loose gem in the black box. The DEFs can look okay alone but not next to a diamond or Clear D gem. If you decide you want one someday I have a few solitaires for under $200 but even if not from me make sure you get a Clear as diamond one 😉. The sparkles!! ✨✨✨

1010cycleIn the pictures the DEF appears more yellow. Am I missing something? I know you are working very hard to show they are nearly the same, and I’m really interested. But in these pics the don’t appear the same.

missstephlee@1010cycle No, you’re right. I’m showing that the DEF quality is not as good. You should only get D quality if you want it to match with high diamond quality. I only use D quality and never DEF.
