F21+ red & white ruffle polka dot shorts 3X

Cute red shorts with white polka dots & ruffles from Forever 21+. These were worn just a couple of times and have been washed, so they're a little wrinkly. They've got a hook and zipper on the side, both work great, and these are in excellent gently loved condition! There is no stretch, so please check measurements below.
