Antique Victorian 1890s? hat with ostrich feathers and faux flowers! Made of a gorgeous soft velvet. The fabric lining is missing and it has some loose threads. The velvet wraping on top of the hat is pinned on as well as feathers and flowers. Over all as is antique condition. That said this hat is very sturdy and absolutely wearable! The velvet is made of silk as well as the flowers I believe. The feathers are ostrich feathers and are so fluffy and beautiful!

May I ask what the dimensions are? While this is out of my budget (and I would feel very rude offering what is) I really admire the look and would like to try making my own with buckram and wire.
