What is the waist and length measurements laying flat please

@jkkelley300 hi! The waist measures approx 14.5” across and 29” all the way around. It also has an elastic band so it can be stretched a bit more. The inseam is approx. 27” and from hip to hem is approx. 37”. Hope that helps ☺️
