Who What Wear Black Lace Flutter Sleeve Dress

Super cute flutter sleeve dress for sale from Who What Wear. It is made from black lace. It is new with tags, but it does have some minor wear including a couple small snagged threads like shown in the close up photo. Not super noticeable. There were also two repairs done on the neckband as shown and some fuzziness on the fringe on the neck. All very minor as shown. Still very cute dress!
