tinainthepink @makayla_couture I do not have that measurement at this time as the dress is packaged in inventory. The elastic part would be above the bustline and go under the armpits as seen on the model. I will attempt to pull it tomorrow for a measurement. Thank you - you are appreciated! Tina 💕
