When I was painting this piece, I was thinking about lions and how strong they are. I love the strength they have, not only physically but in their eyes. I think about their daily battles
How they face them and how they overcome. I'm drawn to their strength because I have a challenge everyday with my chronic Illness, RSD or CRPS. I have to battle my own body.
