Hi, I know you have the sz chart listed, but I’m kinda between sizes. Would you mind measuring the sz medium skirt laying flat and sz small? I’m curious what the actual measurements are (since there isn’t elastic, the waist will be static, and should be a specific number, not a range. Thank you.
