Sep 17Reply

Sep 17Reply

katherinekcg@luxe_ory Hi Mandy!Just saw your offer on the NARS concealer. Thank u so much but I gave it a like to that listing just to save your profile so that I can find you more easily. However, if I´m buying makeup again I´ll check your listings first for sure :D

Sep 21Reply

luxe_ory@katherinekcg Hi - I had in my to-do list today to send you a sincere thank you for that fabulous Love Note you posted for me. It literally puts a smile on my face every time I come across it. Your transaction is the first time I can remember thinking, “Huh, Poshmark might end up being kinda fun!”

Sep 21Reply

luxe_ory@katherinekcg Also I’m experimenting with different Poshmark features and I don’t really know if it’s firing off discount alerts to people, but it must be if you received one. I won’t ever be that seller that comes around randomly to hit you up for an unsolicited sale, don’t worry! I will NOT cold call on Poshmark! You replied so graciously - you are a gem. Thanks for saying hi!

Sep 21Reply

katherinekcg@luxe_ory Oh, that 1st comment is very sweet. I just had a terrible phone call with a bank and this really cheered me up Mandy, all without you even knowing! And I´ve never sold anything on here before but I do check your profile once and a while and it makes me so happy to see you´re doing so well! I feel like a proud customer of your Posh profile with my small purchases haha. So silly of me.

Sep 21Reply

katherinekcg@luxe_ory However, I do find that sometimes for a buyer like myself to receive a discount alert or sale on an item is kind of that little push that makes me decide to purchase the item or just keep it in my wishlist. You do sell a lot and have many followers and amazing prices/quality items so I don't think you need that extra fuzz but it does seems like a reasonable strategy. And thank YOU for replying so fast and so nicely. Goodnight my Posh-friend :3!

Sep 21Reply

jvalent61Hi there Mandy I’m back with another request do u have any IT beauty books thanks

Sep 22Reply

jvalent61Also Mandy do u have the IT makeup brush number 23

Sep 23Reply

jvalent61Hi Mandy did u have time to check if u have those items

Sep 24Reply

jvalent61Hey Mandy did u find out if u have those items yet

Sep 27Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 Hi! I don’t have the IT brush, (the double-ended one), and I don’t have any beauty books unfortunately. I do have more KKW Classic Blossom! If you’d like, I have a brand new IT brush that is slanted like the larger end of the IT #23. I haven’t listed it yet. I can throw it in for free with your KKW palette if you’d like, since you’ve been back to shop again and again! It’s either the #115 or #77 if you look on Ulta. I just don’t have it with me here to confirm which.

Sep 27Reply

hickchick8Do you have any Morphe brushes?

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 I think I do, yes! I know I have a couple buffing brushes from Morphe. I’ll add that to my list to look for at the office tomorrow. Thanks for asking!

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 If you have a certain style in mind, let me know. I should have a number of eyeshadow brushes as well.

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 Still waiting for my IT products to arrive. I’ll let you know tomorrow afternoon/evening!

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 I have a handful of NARS blushes and I have your NARS Santa Fe set aside for you. Tomorrow I’ll have some Morphe brushes for you to choose from. Is it okay that I wait to list the blushes and Santa Fe until tomorrow? That way they won’t get purchased before you can see the brushes and you can wait to purchase things all at once.

Oct 11Reply

jvalent61@luxe_ory no problem and thank u for getting back to me I will wait until I hear from u again

Oct 11Reply

hickchick8@luxe_ory yes that sounds good and thank you!

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 I’m sorry to ask - was it you that wanted NARS Santa Fe, or am I thinking of someone else? The note I made to myself isn’t very clear anymore!

Oct 11Reply

hickchick8@luxe_ory yes it was me

Oct 11Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 Thanks so much, hah.

Oct 11Reply

hickchick8@luxe_ory Hi Mandy, just checking to see about the morphe brushes and Nars foundation? I did see a couple nars blushes that I want. Just waiting so I can bundle the items.

Oct 12Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 Thanks for asking! I am just about to my office and I’ll find out about the Morphe brushes. I also have a few more NARS blushes to post as well.

Oct 12Reply

hickchick8@luxe_ory Thanks so much!

Oct 12Reply

luxe_ory@hickchick8 Hi, I’m SO sorry about the delay! I have your Morphe brushes to post. I will share the listings directly with you and tag you in the so they’re easy to find. It looks like all the new NARS blushes are just multiples of what was posted earlier. Anyway, let me know if you have any questions!

Oct 13Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 Hi! I have 2 IT CC+ in Light Medium, but I didn’t have 3. I’m sorry I couldn’t locate a third for you! I will hold onto them until I hear from you in case you’d like the two I have. Thank you for keeping in touch!

Oct 13Reply

hickchick8@luxe_ory okay thank you

Oct 13Reply

jvalent61@luxe_ory hi there I want them do u have one in the light shade or medium I want to be able to order 3 so I can get the same price I paid before from u

Oct 13Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 I have both the Light and Medium shades. I just looked up your first order - yes, we’ll keep the same price as before for you! Just let me know which of the shades to add to the two Light Medium and I will make another special listing for you like last time.

Oct 13Reply

jvalent61@luxe_ory my first choice is medium if u don’t have medium I can go with light thanku

Oct 13Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 Sounds good - I’ll have your order ready shortly. Thanks again, Janet!

Oct 14Reply

jvalent61Hey Mandy I just read all ur love notes from ur customers looks likes everybody thinks ur amazing

Oct 15Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 I literally read those when I need a pick-me-up! All I really want is to make products available and affordable to everyone who deserves something nice for themselves. It makes me feel awesome to know that every day the orders are arriving and people are smiling. The kind words from customers keep me going. Thank you so much!

Oct 15Reply

jvalent61We’ll u know ur selling the perfect products cause all women LOVE makeup and second maybe candles right? Your doing a noble job

Oct 15Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 If I’m not doing everything I can to keep prices low and everything I can to ship orders same-day, then I’m missing those opportunities to make people happy. It’s a real privilege to deal in products that make someone feel good - happy customers mean everything to me. I really appreciate you taking the time to share such kind sentiments.

Oct 15Reply

jenniferday968hi I was wondering will you still be shipping my purchase? I ordered it on dec 24th lmk thanks

Jan 01Reply

trinityd6@jenniferday968 I’ve asked this several times and have gotten no response....

Jan 02Reply

luxe_ory@trinityd6 @jenniferday968 Hi! I’m sorry if I missed any earlier messages. I took about 15-20 packages to the post office on December 29th and none of them have begun tracking. The post offices in my area usually take about 48-72 hours to scan anything I leave there, which is frustrating. But your orders are on the way!

Jan 02Reply

trinityd6@luxe_ory thank you for the update!!! I’ll keep an eye out! ❤️❤️

Jan 02Reply

luxe_ory@jvalent61 Hi Janet! Thanks for asking. I don’t have any Doll 10 but I will certainly be on the lookout for it. If I can get any, I will let you know. I hope you’re doing well!

Jan 02Reply

luxe_ory@trinityd6 @jenniferday968 I’ve included free gifts in everyone’s order that took a few days to ship since we were delayed in shipping over the holidays. If it doesn’t track soon and you’d like to cancel your order, just let me know and I will right away. We haven’t had any packages lost through USPS yet, just a bit delayed - thankfully.

Jan 02Reply

luxe_ory@jenniferday968 Good to hear from you again, and I’m sorry about the delay!

Jan 02Reply

luxe_ory@trinityd6 I super apologize for the lack of reply - how frustrating to be in your end! Thanks again.

Jan 10Reply

jdurham0814Hello! Do you carry any Sunday Riley skincare products? Thank you!

Jan 14Reply

heatchr1818hi. i made an order last night and I meant to add the lash blowout. can you add and it before you ship it and I pay the difference please.

Jan 17Reply

luxe_ory@heatchr1818 Hi! It won’t be possible to change the order - Poshmark requires that the order be cancelled and re-submitted. Unfortunately usually that ties up the funds for a while, so I will just throw the Lash Blowout in for free when I wrap your order!

Jan 17Reply

heatchr1818@luxe_ory ok. thank you

Jan 20Reply

serendipity4uGood morning! Do you have Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation?

Jan 25Reply

kayycee_213Not sure if you’ll see this but do you by chance have any too faced sweet peach glow pallets?

Feb 05Reply

em_i_ly_mHi @luxe_ory. I purchased a few items from you on Feb 20. The order still says "awaiting shipment." Could you please let me know when you think you will ship the order? Thanks!

Mar 02Reply

mayalunab@em_i_ly_m did you ever get your order? mine has said awaiting shipment for about 6 days now

Mar 08Reply

em_i_ly_m@mayalunab Nope. 😭🚫🚫🚫 This seller has unfortunately ignored my various attempts to reach her. I recently decided to just cancel the order since so much time had passed with no response at all. The prices are very enticing of course. But to me, it's not worth the hassle of trying to follow up again and again and again. Bummer. It was too good to be true - for me anyway. Others seem to be receiving their orders.

Mar 08Reply

mayalunab@em_i_ly_m ah that’s disappointing I’m sorry to hear that :( I was planning on waiting a bit before canceling because I was super excited for the items so hopefully she ends up shipping 🤞

Mar 09Reply

marbandy1Hello - I’m still waiting for my order to ship. I’m actually so shitty because when I had placed my Order - you had been online like 2hrs before. Now I go to this post & see all the comments from ppl who never received their items.

Mar 31Reply

marbandy1Can this account just be taken down?? This is just ridiculous and the complete opposite point of Poshmark. What do you think will happen? That we will forget our purchases & accept the offer so you get paid? I can’t imagine that happens often 🤦🏻‍♀️ plz cancel my order so I don’t have to wait 2 more days bc this is trash.

Mar 31Reply

marbandy1I’ve just reported this account.

Mar 31Reply

campb386@marbandy1 this seller used to be amazing. My order last year was fantastic, but I think something happened toward the end of February and they are no longer active

May 01Reply

marbandy1@campb386 yeah I had to make that assumption too after seeing other comments (on random listings & this one) that were asking where their orders were, etc. Nothing wrong w/taking a break but not telling customers that is NOT COOL, bc then your money just sits stuck in limbo for 7 days (or you can decide to wait & put your faith in the seller to ship your order) - I cancelled mine after seeing the comments from others - I kinda felt it was too good to be true anyways 😩🙄

May 01Reply

campb386@marbandy1 I know, it's so frustrating! I put in my second order last month and I was so disappointed. The products the first time we're authentic and perfect, so I was extra sad. I need Poshmark to inactivate the account or something

May 01Reply

minibmusicLooking for Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion (for dry skin)

May 04Reply

zllh15I bought an item from this seller and it was never shipped! It is beyond annoying when people list items and have no intention on actually following through with the sale. Poshmark needs to hold bad sellers accountable! This person also does not respond to messages. So annoying! Thanks for wasting my time.

May 14Reply

marie6126@luxe_ory I'm looking for the KKW Beauty Matte Smoke Eyeshadow Pallette. Do you think you would have this or have this available in the future? I've purchased one KKW eyeshadow pallet from you already and want to continue to give you business since you are a terrific seller! 😊
