Is the waist stretchy and what size would you say the chest is

@tsergent621 Hello, there really isn't a waist so to speak. just below the bust there is a stretchy band and then it flares out. One or two of the photos shows it perfectly. As for the chest, I would say it will comfortably fit a B or C cup. when I wore it I was a 34B. Hope that helps and thanks for your interest, it is a beautiful dress, wish I could still fit into it.
