jessandlyn @ericaedel if you want it looser, I would opt for a med. a small has a 28" waist. if your bust is bigger than 32, it may fit more snug.

jessandlyn @babywatermelonn Hi there! Since I am unsure of your torso length, I am not sure where it would land on you. It is on the shorter side so I would say more than likely slightly above. I can measure from the waist to the hem when I get home later today and let you know what that measures for a bit more accuracy. Thank you for your interest.
