Patterned Dress NWT (CLOSET CLOSING JULY)

New with tags! Such a gorgeous fit & flare dress but I am reposhing because my torso is just too short for the high neck. Size XS/0 from American Eagle! Psychedelic cool tone multicolored spell and the gypsy collective -esque mandala and paisley pattern reminiscent of the late '60s/'70s in purples, blues, pinks, and teals. High neck bodice, loosely pleated skirt, and zipper closure up the back. (Size listed as numerical 0 on tag, equivalent to their extra small size)
