@casssteiner23 i do think it runs true to size in my opinion (I’ve never bought any balance bras before though) I just have broader shoulders so it didn’t provide as much coverage as I wanted on the sides! I will measure the item for you, just a few minutes :)

@casssteiner23 ok so the bottom band measures about 13.75 inches across, armpit to armpit measures about 16 inches across, top to bottom of band in the front measures about 10 inches up and down. All measurements are with item unstretched ...hope this helps!
