jthomp64 @nickiaji nope. You can just send it in, you have to email their repairs department first and then they send you a prepaid shipping label for it.

jthomp64 @nickiaji oh! No, it will be lighter because it’s new leather, but it will change in color the more you use it and with time obviously as the patina process happens, the natural oils from your hands change the color of the leather
